The training emphasizes participatory approaches that place communities at the centre of project identification, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Participants will explore the project management cycle, stakeholder engagement, community needs assessment, problem analysis, project design, logical frameworks, work planning, budgeting, resource mobilization, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, accountability and sustainability.
