The training focuses on the complete project proposal development and fundraising cycle, from community needs identification and project concept development to proposal writing, donor research, budgeting, fundraising strategies, donor engagement, submission, and grant management. Participants will also learn how to align proposals with donor priorities, demonstrate measurable results, develop sustainability strategies, and build long-term relationships with funding partners.
