The training combines theory, practical exercises, case studies, group work, role plays, community-based analysis, and reflective learning. Participants will explore principles of participation, community entry and engagement, power and stakeholder analysis, participatory needs assessment, community mobilization, leadership, inclusion, conflict management, advocacy, resource mobilization, and sustainable community-led development.
